Honors Culinary 3 is the third course in the culinary pathway program, which is in accordance with The Academy of Culinary Arts curriculum at Atlantic Cape Community college.
Honors Culinary 3, is an advance food class that focuses on, preparation, methods, and techniques, time and resource management, individual responsibilities and teamwork.
Students enrolled in Honores Culinary Arts 3, will be able to finalize any preparations necessary to transition in to classes at The Academy of Culinary Arts at ACCC.
